I could not have asked for a better experience from our intro call to the end of the process! The recruiter and hiring manager were in sync and ensured the process flowed seamlessly around our busy schedules. I had all of the information I needed to make an informed decision about DocuSign as a company and the Customer Success team, specifically. The recruiter made her self available to me by phone and email throughout the process. The Hiring Manager was warm and extended her own availability to answer questions to ensure the fit would be a mutual one. While I was not presented with an offer after the final interview, I would not hesitate to interview again for DocuSign and this team in particular, in the near future.
