The interview with the recruiter was awkward as she started the interview saying that I was probably overqualified for the CSM position and that they didn't have any senior openings at the moment, meaning that she already had a bias against me. Although I dominated the interview and offered very relevant examples to back my answers, she said she was going to forward the recording of the interview to the hiring manager. After a couple of weeks I received an automated email saying that my application was rejected. I was asked to complete a form to be recontacted in due course, which obviously never happened I tried to get in touch with the same recruiter a couple of times when new job reqs came online, but she ghosted me. All in all, very disappointing experience as they rejected me without giving any reasons and just ignored me afterwards
