I was supposed to speak with VP during my Panel but he could not join so I never had the chance to speak with him. Someone else got the chance to speak with him and manage to get the position.

I interviewed with Docusign for an Account Executive role. All men interviewed me in every round. I got to the final round, and they kept asking me what information the recruiter gave me prior to the final round interview. Leadership seems to have issues with the recruiting team and didn’t offer the eposition because they felt the recruiter helped me too much. Very backwards and unfair to the candidate. I stayed with my current job after all that, where the salary is higher actually. Dodged a bullet.
Pretty standard interview process: 4 rounds (Recruiter > Hiring Manager > Presentation > Final Round). Never received any feedback or a decision after the final stage which was pretty frustrating.
