It was all good and positive until the point recruiter ghosted me . No word from recruiter or hiring manager after virtual onsite and going through 4 interview. Very frustrating and disappointing because I had high expectations from DocuSign irrespective of interview outcome.
Process started with email from interview then first screen with hiring manager about experience n position. Then virtual onsite with two director and technical round with hiring manager.
In the end very disappointed because I sent follow up email after week but didn't get any reply. It's been month now and I have already gave up. They should have courage to send one email to let candidate know. I have similar experiences posted by other people which reflect their hiring process. Don't waste people's time. People interview because they are genuinely interested, they take time off so that they can do day long virtual onsite. You Glassdoor reviews has 0 value if you can't even send one email after interviewing candidate. I can imagine how serious work culture this company has..
