Docusign Recruiter reached out to me. Require that you sign NDA. Formal interview with Federal Director. Last step is to obtain "blessing" from Docusign Area VP. No response and looks like I've been GHOSTED! With the recent layoffs, may have been a good thing! Waste of time.
