My interview consisted of a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by an interview with a hiring manager, 3 panel interviews with team members, and finally an interview with a VP. All were conducted virtually. My experience was generally good initially, the recruiter was pleasant. Throughout the interviews, I found the team members to be affable. One annoyance with the panel interviews is that the team members basically asked all the same questions. My major disappointment came at the end of the process. I was told I was a finalist for the position, then the recruiter went radio silent. Finally, after a few days time I was able to get a hold of her and she sent me a rejection email. Fair enough, however to my dismay a few days later the recruiter reached out again to mention that the person they had made the offer to had not accepted yet, and I was still in the running. I thought to myself, okay that is great. Then a couple more days go by and I get a rejection email again. I understand that sometimes there is a lot of moving parts in a recruiting process, but rejecting an applicant twice is overly cruel, unprofessional and unnecessary. Establishing a better timeline would have avoided all of the heartache in the situation. DocuSign went through a staff reduction of 10% during my interview process and it showed. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know.
