Basic Interview questions for this company are taken directly out of a text book. I would like to second the sentiment of the "Tuggerah" employee and back this up as NOT EXAGGERATED one bit. I worked for a kiosk for over a year in the same "AREA" as Tuggerah fulls into and therefore had the opportunity to work under the area manger that would have conducted that interview. Please be aware that while the interview process in very easy this is because it is simply a formality. You will be employed solely on whether or not you bend to the will of your superiors. You will be expected to show for work at a moments notice, work without reliable rosters, never complain or ask for support, deal with unhappy customers that are of a never ending supply, lie to customers when you know full well the company is only interested in locking people into a contact with no promise of a reliable service.
