There were 4 interviews the first one was over the phone then I went in and spent a day shodowing a manager. After that I had an interview with some of the higher ups at the company and then I got my job offer.

I went through several interviews. Their manager recruiter worked with my schedule, as well as each department thereafter. Each interview was thoughtful and welcoming. Their process included having me shadow a GM for a shift, to ensure that Doherty was a right fit for me. The entire process was thought provoking and they are clearly a very responsible company. I was truly impressed.
