Three interviews total. The first was with the recruiter as an initial phone screen. Then I met with the head of HR, Kristen, for a more in-depth conversation about my background and her vision for the role. Lastly, I had a 2 person panel interview with two other Sr. Recruiters.
The overall process was great, the recruiter for the position, Hannah, was excellent. She was quick to respond to my questions, she was extremely transparent with a salary range, where I stood in the process, and what types of candidates they were searching for. The overall process took about 1.5 weeks, one of the quickest turnarounds I have ever had.
