I was called for an interview. At the Dollar General on Land Street. I went in met the manager, he was very polite and professional. We went into the office for the interview. He asked some questions about my experience at last job. He told me what the job entailed. Then he told me I was hired. If my background checked out. The only thing is I had to go back online to feel out my I nine and haven't been able to get to where it is?

The interview process was laid back and I felt comfortable to ask the hiring manager questions. I was respected and understood everything the manager was saying. I went into the back and we sat down and she told me about my position. She made it very clear as to what I had to do. She let me ask my questions that I had written before.

The one thing they asked me was why I wanted the job.
I applied online through the website and the managed called me. I scheduled an interview over the phone. I was taken to the office where she asked me some questions (I don't remember them) and I handed her my resume. She basically hired me there, I think.

They told me my responsibilities and I was hired. The only question I was asked is "Do you have any questions?" Most definitely the easiest interview of my life. I got hired for showing up.
