I went on the interview, she asked me what I wanted to make and then sent me on the drug test the next day. I was hired within 2 weeks. I just decided to go with another company.

I was interviewed over the phone and given the job on that same call. Company is fairly desperate for employees but they prefer people with experience especially previous dollar store experience.

The interview process was very straightforward they asked my availability anytime that I needed off any specific days I needed off. They asked about my experience as an assistant store manager and regular team lead. They did the normal what if this scenario happened what would you do. The interview was very easy but they did receive a lot of information from me
