I applied online. Three months later no call no response. I called the local stores and found the district manager. I was told they would be hiring soon and that positions listed online were always there. I found out there would be a hiring event at one of the local stores and I attended and was there early. I was one of the first to interview with local managers.

Very easy, not professional. Ask a few general questions and talk about responsibilities. Make sure you have your own vehicle to go to the bank. There are no excused call outs. Then walk you around the store.

Very laid back. Gave a lot of details on the job I was interviewing for. They did a good job of explaining the hours and what shift I would be on most of the time. Very accommodating on interview time slots available.
