Pretty laid back. Dollar General had a job fair at the career center and I was hired on the spot. The store I was hired to had no idea I was coming so that was interesting.
Very easy and laid back. I only talked to the lead manager. He asked very basic background questions. This was my first job and I think they would hire anyone.

Easy interview, not hard at all. It was one of the easiest interviews I've ever gone through. If I've dealt with customers before, how do I handle pressure? Can I stand for many hours?

Went in talked to the manager store really had no people in it and it was All over the place. Right after my interview like 10 minutes after I get a call saying she wants to hire me and she sent tme on boarding papers
