The interview was a relaxed, laid back, easy process. The interview process was more of a conversation about myself. Using my answers as a deciding factor. It was more or less like a judgment of character. I did not feel like I was under an interrogation. I felt as if I were talking with a good acquaintance, and could easily be myself. All around a great interview. I became a lead sales associate in less than a month.

The interview process was laid back and I felt comfortable to ask the hiring manager questions. I was respected and understood everything the manager was saying. I went into the back and we sat down and she told me about my position. She made it very clear as to what I had to do. She let me ask my questions that I had written before.

The one thing they asked me was why I wanted the job.
I applied online through the website and the managed called me. I scheduled an interview over the phone. I was taken to the office where she asked me some questions (I don't remember them) and I handed her my resume. She basically hired me there, I think.

They told me my responsibilities and I was hired. The only question I was asked is "Do you have any questions?" Most definitely the easiest interview of my life. I got hired for showing up.
