If the supervisor liked the answers to his questions, he passed you on to the floor manager. If the manager thought you were a good candidate, you then went to a conference room to meet with HR and to do paperwork.

Applied online and included an online personality test. Took almost a month before I got a response and was asked to come in for an interview. Upon arrival, I waited for almost an hour and then was escorted into the Distribution Center. Here one of the Supervisors escorted me through each of the different departments describing the culture and responsibilities of each. If it were not for the questions that i had asked and prompted as well as some of the research I had questions about the interview would have ended after leaving the DC.
