Waisted my time and money to get there. The store had a hiring fair. When I showed up it was no one to interview us after they finally found an assistant manager I was interviewed n told someone will get back with me next day. No one ever did so I called them back. They told me some long story bout the district managers having to fly out to a next state. If you guys knew that why still have that sign up. Smh very unprofessional and waste of time.

Came in and asked for the store manager. He took me into the office and asked a few questions. Questions : Why do you want to work for Dollar Tree? Do you know anyone that works here? How you deal with Multi-tasking? How you deal with pressure?
Got the job. (Mainly through Nepotism).

Went to interview and was nervous about answering questions for the job and depending on how I answer them. That would determine if I get the job or not. But it wasn’t like that at all. The store manager was super friendly and straight forward with everything. Applying was super easy online.
Very simple and easy was hired on the spot. More like a friendly conversation than an interview, was 30min-1hr long. Given tour of store and full run down of responsibilities
