she asked me about five questions. she also told me what the pay would be. then she told me it was for seasonal but I can get hired on if I work and come to work. She also told I had to work on weekends and I told her I didn't mind with working on weekends.

Easy, quick, direct. No nonsense about their needs. Hired immediately after interview, but work culture was good at my location unlike others in my area. It was in-person… at the front of the store, in public viewing, though.
