It was super laid back, the manager was super friendly and made it very comfortable, she didn't ask many questions only my availability, experience and why i chose dollar tree

Experience?
Easy, quick, direct. No nonsense about their needs. Hired immediately after interview, but work culture was good at my location unlike others in my area. It was in-person… at the front of the store, in public viewing, though.
