The Dollar Tree interview I experienced was a very simple interview process. The usual general questions, like why do you want to work there, what your availability is, what experience do you have, etc.

They asked what was my availability, and if I would be open to working evenings.
Easy, quick, direct. No nonsense about their needs. Hired immediately after interview, but work culture was good at my location unlike others in my area. It was in-person… at the front of the store, in public viewing, though.
