I have a graduate degree and 11 years of extensive industry experience and knowledge. Despite being told that there were two available spots, I was not given one. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any constructive feedback either. They only mentioned that they would keep me in mind for another position, but there is no estimated time of when that might happen.
