Very Informal. The recruiter asked me to describe my dream job. The first thing she asked me was my GPA. When I informed her of my GPA, she laughed, and then said "I thought it would be higher than that..." then continued to inform me that the manager was looking for someone with a higher GPA and she would pass my resume along. Keep in mind she told me right off the bat that she was interviewing me for a different position than I applied for because I didn't have the correct technical skills for the Retail Analyst position.
