I was greeted by the HR at the front desk. I waited for the Senior Interaction Designer to guide to me to a conference room to conduct the interview. Along the way I understood that the office was recently renovated and looked super nice. There was a life size robot, kinda imitating the company logo, made out of cardboard. The HR manager said I could fit in into it once I was considered for the role I applied for. I had a really good conversation with the HR and Designer during the interview. Having a positive vibe about the experience, I was called upon 2 weeks later to join them as their choice of Visual Design Intern.

Had a very short phone interview with the HR then one in-person interview. I was interviewed by the director of operations and two designers, one from NY (via Google Hangout) and one from Chicago during my in-person interview. They gave me a tour right after and was welcomed by everyone in the office. Both interviews were great and everyone was enthusiastic. A day after my second interview, I received an offer via email.
