After applying online, I scheduled a phone interview for the position. There was one technical question and the rest was behavioral. Overall it lasted about 20 minutes. It was fairly relaxed and there were three people from Dominion on the phone.

Asked in depth project and highlight oriented questions. For interns, went straight to a final round interview over the phone. For my first interview, I spoke with two members of the department to discuss my experiences and the role. They gave me their backgrounds.

Online application that was mostly all the basics of any internship position. This was followed by an in-person interview - panel style with a mix of technical and behavioral questions. The questions were tough, but somewhat predictable in terms of the technical aspects. Interviewers were helpful, and didn't expect you to know everything

Mix of technical and behavioral questions. Very helpful during interview and easy to talk to. They give you an overview of what Dominion does, as well as what each of the interviewers does.
