One group interview and one individual interview. The first one was just to get a feel for what Dominion is about and getting to know the employer. The second one is to get the know the future employee.
Interview process took less than a week and received an offer the same day as individual interview.

The hiring and interview process was quick and simple. The interview was about 30 minutes to a hour. Management was warm and welcoming when I walked in. Management was very helpful in answering all my questions.

Best interview I ever had! They actually show you that they want to invest in you. This was the only interview I have ever been a part of where the Administrator prays with you at the end of the interview.
They truly care about who they bring in to care for the residents.
