Interview 1: Interviewers - HR person and Development Associate Format: They asked me to walk them through my resume. The HR person didn't say anything for the entire interview and left the Associate to do her job for her. They also asked what hard work meant to me, which is corporate code for "Are you going to be a good little wage slave for us?" Between interviews they made me take 5 hours of testing. Two of the tests were the exact same damn test. This clearly showed that they do not care about people or their time. Interview 2: Interviewers - There was about 8-10 different people Format - They made me take off a whole work day so that everyone on their team could ask me essentially the same questions for an entire day. They also made me take an excel test. They really stressed how much they wanted you to work hard and how they expected you to work long hours without extra compensation.
