I was friends with a manager so my initial interview was a phone interview with the general manager. After the phone interview I went in to meet him and begin the background check. He gave me a tour of the store. I then went to orientation at another store location and learned the basics of working at Domino's.

Why do you want to work at Domino's? Do you have reliable transportation?
they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
