I applied online and received a call two weeks later to come in for an interview. The manager was very nice and explained what working there would be like and how you're able to grow with the company. I was hired on the spot. The whole process was straight forward and simple.

they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
