I applied online and after about a week I got a call to schedule an interview the next morning.
The interview itself was very relaxed. I walked in and met the manager at the front of the store and she asked me a couple of basic questions. She was very friendly and after the interview part she gave me a couple papers to sign for a background check. After that she actually offered me the job on the spot which I accepted.

they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
