They first gave an over the phone inteview and then proceeded with an in person interview with a drug test and a short math test. They then gave you an introduction training course with Tshrts and Hats. After you were made to go to the store you were to be employed at and give them a paper so they can call you.

they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
