A pretty standard interview took place in-house. They asked some generic questions about customer service and were interested in my answers. It was semi-casual dress, I went into the office room and they looked at my CV and asked some situational-type questions. It went really well.

they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
