It was a straightforward interview process where I was asked general scenario-based questions and given a few options to decide what to do, and a quiz with multiple options on cleaning effectively and customer commmunication skills where they wanted to see if I was ready.

they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
