They pre-screen you using an e-Interview site, where they gave a SQL quiz followed by questions I had to answer on my webcam. In person interview was 5 hours long, mostly just a discussion of what you like/dislike, and trying to see where you'd fit into their picture. They provided lunch on-site, and the managers were friendly and personable.

Had a phone screening which went well into an interview with the hiring manager. This interview went great and was told about the next steps and that I would hear back by the end of the week to schedule the super day on site. Never heard back, followed up with HR and was completely ghosted, Domo didn’t seem to have a good flow and it all felt pretty disconnected. Later learned that there was layoffs and I’m sure that was a contributing factor.

Pretty typical interview process. First is a phone screen and interviews with technical questions and questions about work style. Then an on-site interview day with several interviews and a few whiteboard sessions.
