They really want to know if you are a good fit in the company. There is room to grow and they don't want boring people to work with. They love enthusiasm. I applied for a couple different positions and ended up finding the spot that worked best for me. They didn't seem to care as much about my resume because I was looking for an entry level position but they asked some questions to see how well I could think and associate with people. Not your average job interview.
