Applied via LinkedIn and got an invite from the recruiter for a call. The recruiter changed the timings about 5 minutes before the call as he got another meeting. He called in my phone 30 minutes later and the call connection was very poor and I wasn’t able to hear the questions at all. The recruiter had to disconnect the call twice to fix the connection. Total waste of a pleasant Friday evening. Got a system generated email a week later that they don’t want to proceed with the application which is very unprofessional for the time you spent.
