Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Donatech nel mese di set 2021
Colloquio
I applied to a job posting on LinkedIn about a contract position with a defense contractor. After the initial call, which went well, I was completely ghosted.
I suggest finding another recruiting agency.

Recruiter reached out to me for a position and set up a phone interview, I was told I’d receive a call at 3:30. Never received a call. Contact the recruiter to be told I was supposed to call in but they forgot to tell me. Two weeks later and multiple emails and still nothing. I had multiple agency’s contact me about this same job and it surely seem like I picked the loser, which cost me a possible job.

One of the internal Donatech recruiters called me to tell me about a position (I hadn't applied). I wasn't interested in the on-site role. She called me back the following day for same client, but remote opportunity. I said I would be interested. I sent my resume in and never heard anything back. No response to voice mails or emails. I didn't even know whether she submitted me. She sure never completed an actual phone screen. I will never work with this company in the future. Don't ghost candidates that you pursued.
Sorry for the delayed response. The described position was for a client of Donatech's and feedback from clients can be difficult to get. Also, sometimes hiring happens quickly and other times it drags out for months. Donatech typically shares what info it has. Some clients are good about providing feedback and others aren't. This is a common industry complaint and most talent supply chains are working together to improve the feedback mechanisms. It is certainly needed.
