Ghosted completely, no communication in this entire process, they will waste your time and not explain anything. Their email promises communication and transparency, but did not get that at all. They did not even look at my information properly

The process seemed fine at first until I made it to later stage of interviews. Afterward, the recruiter ghosted me. It took weeks for me to get a template rejection — pretty insane result when you have gotten that far and dedicated a good amount of time, and remained professional throughout. It left a bitter taste in my mouth about an organization I admired at one point in time :(
It was relatively quick between my application and an invitation to a screening call with HR rep (about 5 business days). The process was laid out clearly from there about what I could expect about moving forward in process. People were on time and organized. I didn't get to ask as many questions as I would have liked in the video portion, but I was given the chance to ask some follow up by email.
