I recently went through the interview process with Doodhwale Farms. The initial interaction was smooth and the HR team was cooperative and responsive. I was given an assignment after the interview, which I completed and submitted within the deadline.
However, after submission, there was no feedback or update from the organisation. And the process simply ended without any closure. While I understand not every candidate may be selected, a basic acknowledgement or feedback goes a long way, especially when candidates are investing their time and effort to complete assignments.
It would reflect positively on the organisation’s culture and leadership to ensure timely communication and closure, even if it’s a simple “we’ve decided not to move ahead.” Professional courtesy matters.
