I made it to the final round of interviews. I thought everyone was really nice and the process was well explained. I think I spoke to the recruiter 3 different times on the phone; the hiring manager once; a panel of 4 would-be colleagues for 30 minutes each, and then in the final round I had to do an exercise and present it to the same panel on a 1 hour meeting. I did not get an offer and I think 2 other people were in the final round. It was a lot of work and time for an interview process.
