Not serious hiring . Interview process is started with recruiter then 2 interview over zoom. 1 case study about problem it doordash another SQL . Case study interviewer was really nice , friendly and listened. SQL interview was horrible experience. You are not allowed to run code. Just write blind SQL based on table structure which I did . They copy paste problem and ask u to write solution one after another . I was able to write 3 SQL with all including Percentage/Ratios, RANK, Self Joins, group by , date manipulation , use of CTE everything covered . I am Advanced SQL user so I knew what I was doing and Sql were not overly complex but required in depth knowledge of concept . I thought I did really well but as u no like most tech companies they want robots . Person half of your experience gudge your knowledge based on what u can write in 30 min with no ability to test it. I don't think they are serious about hiring else any wise person would have easily moved me to next step. Seems like they don't want people who are smarter than them
