Avoid at all costs.
Initial interview with a recruiter, fielding questions around what interests you about the opportunity, etc.
Second stage is having a take home assignment. This is moderate in complexity...you can use whatever platform to display your decisions on the case. If you have Tableau experience, it's pretty easy; moderate difficulty if you're relying solely on Excel. Nonetheless, a couple of hours to complete. You have about 24-48 hours to complete this assignment.
If all looks normal, you meet with your would be manager and another senior team member after. In my case, they were both 30 minute interviews, both of which they showed up 10 minutes late for. If anything, that was a red flag for me given they can't take an interview process seriously. They didn't ask anything around the case study, and were mostly behavioral questions.
Following this, you're supposed to interview with a panel. In my case, they opted to ghost me without any feedback. Given the process required a decent bit of effort, even an auto-generated rejection email would have been a step above what they provided. I've interviewed with DoorDash before, so I was apprehensive to do so again this time given the previous experiences were similar. This has solidified their inability to hire/develop talent in a high competition workforce, especially as this is not the only time I've seen people get ghosted in the final rounds. As stated before - avoid at all costs. They do not deserve your efforts, no matter how tempting the initial offer may look. There's a clear reason why almost half of the interview feedback is negative. It's not simply people "not getting a job", but it's a horrid experience that is evidently not addressed from their recruiting leadership.

Why DoorDash, why this role, why are you looking to leave your current role, give examples of taking on an project you had not done before, give examples of using data to make a decision, etc. Nothing super out of the norm.
