The interview process was disorganized and it took two months from beginning to end. I went through an initial screening interview, a take home assignment, another screening interview for some reason, a case study, and a panel interview. However, the recruiter seemed to be very disinterested during our call and did not know where I was in the process when we spoke. At one point, she told me my next round of interviews would be a case study and a behavioral interview. When showing up to my interviews, that was not the case. Additionally, the recruiter never returned any emails sent to her to clarify the process. Needless to say, the recruiter did not set me up for success. If you plan to go through this process, make sure to be on top of your recruiter. And be ready for a week of no contact in between each of the interview stages. If you are looking for a new job sooner rather than later, I think you would have a better experience elsewhere. Also, the process is a waste of time for the interviewee since they have a no feedback policy after the interviews are over.
