First I met with a recruiter, who gave transparent info about the role and the pay. Then I met with the hiring manager. Then I had a panel with a few people on the team.
If I had kept going, I would have needed to complete an exercise and another panel.

However, they were highly unprofessional with the role. Changing from a director role to an IC role to a sr. director role before cutting off communication abruptly.

I’ve interviewed with many tech companies and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Lots of red flags. Too much time in between communications that the candidates who had any interest have now moved on elsewhere. It didn’t seem like they knew exactly what a successful candidate even looked like for this specific role. Ask how long the role has been actively recruited for.
