Recruiter, Hiring Manager + Peer Panel, Take Home Assessment, Cross-functional Panel (four back to back interviews) Everything initially moved very quickly -> both my recruiter and HM interviews moved me to the next round at the end of their respective conversations. I moved into my longer panel that was based on DD values and was pretty straight forward, however my take home was not discussed at all despite that being my expectation. Right after my panel, I received an offer from another org. I immediately emailed the recruiter I was working with to inform her and give the org an opportunity to expedite the remainder of the process or even properly set expectations. I followed up the next day as well as we were approaching Thanksgiving. It's now been well over a week and the recruiter simply ghosted me. I believe the round I had just completed was either the final or penultimate round as well - very disappointed in the lack of communication from DD when they had an opportunity to bare minimum close the loop after multiple conversations.
