Long. But that's the new normal in tech. Recruiter screen, hiring manager, technical exam and then 3 - 30min team/review technical exam calls. If you are not selected per the Doordash Policy - they do not provide any feedback. Kinda a bummer when you've invested 15+ hours into a technical exam and interview prep to not know WHY you got selected. Hard to improve if you don't have that info. Overall the comp for the role was not market wages, usually, these roles are like 130-150k.
