The second stage involved a face-to-face interview with the rooms director, which began with a tour of the property, allowing for an overview of the facilities and operations. This was followed by a discussion that focused on my previous experiences and future career aspirations, providing an opportunity to delve deeper into my qualifications and fit for the role.
