I filled out and turned in a paper application and was promptly called into the restaurant for an interview. I met with an assistant manager for approximately 15 minutes and was hired at the conclusion of the interview. I then filled out necessary paperwork, read the employee handbook, and received a uniform (comfortable baseball tee with company logo). I then had to provide my food handler certification and identification.

Fairly easy interview. Not very difficult in terms of questions. Very straight forward. Expect behavioral type scenarios. Interviewer may ask what if X happens, what will you do? .. how would you proceed if X happened and how will you handle that? If there was a conflict, how would you go about it? What qualities do you have to contribute at Dos coyotes? What would you do if X,Y,Z? Don't talk too much, very straight forward and answer within 3-5 sentences. Be concise, but don't leave out any details. Provide significant details during the story and always maintain a good attitude. The interview typically will ask very easy questions so chill out and stay to the point
