I applied first. Then I had a phone interview with Dot food’s recruiter. The recruiter told me she would follow up with me after my portfolio had been reviewed. The recruiter never followed back up with me until I had to email her only for her to then tell me that my application didn’t move on to the next round. Then she admitted to not following up with other candidates that she did phone interviews with. Bottom line is their recruiter/hiring process was unprofessional when it comes to following up with candidates.
