You can’t have your camera on so you can’t actually see who you’re talking too, which personally found weird to not actually see someone when it’s a remote company. After the interview I was told I didn’t do as well as they hoped and want some time to think about it - 2 weeks later I get a call saying they want to make an offer but for less than I wanted. Left the process feeling deflated and annoyed, felt more transactional than about people/relationships.
