very nice woman in human resources interviewed me in person after a short phone interview. she was impressed with my extensive security experience in the nightclub field, but wanted to know how this would translate into a hotel environment. i simply referred to my extensive customer service background and ability to reason with people.

I was actually refereed by a former supervisor and given a walk through as a interview with the manager. we walked and talked about the workload i would be mainly working with.
