Open interview was set in a nice conference room. Light welcoming breakfast with coffee, tea and croissants. I was instructed to input my CV on their computer system. Then I got my number and wait about 30 mins to get interviewed. The manager was very nice and the interview process was conducted in friendly and professional manner

It was a very in depth interview with specific questions from the HR manager as well as the Front Office Director. They wrote down your answers and asked hypothetical questions about different circumstances that may arise in the hotel business.

I saw an opening on the Hilton website for the position of the front desk agent. I’ve applied through the website, and also personally handed my Cv to the hotel I wanted to work. A week later got a call for interview. Went through the interview and after another week, started work.
